RICHARD P. THOMPSON
Richard Thompson founded this firm in 1993 after more than fifteen years in retained executive search. He was a partner at Balch & Watson, Heidrich & Struggles and Loken, Thompson & Heinze.
Born and raised in the Minneapolis area, he is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and served as an officer in the United States Air Force. He is a long-term member of the Board of Directors and past Board Chair of Trusight, formerly known as the Employers Association.
